Application Fee: 525 AED payable at the time of applying for entry into the school (inclusive of VAT, non-transferable, refundable if placement is not available, non-adjustable).
Registration Deposit: 10% deposit of student's annual tuition fees is due upon the acceptance of the Offer Letter. The Admission fee is non-refundable, but adjustable against the total tuition fee for the academic year.
Re-Registration Deposit (payable to secure a currently enrolled student’s place for the next academic year): 5% of annual tuition (non-refundable)
Sibling Discount: Tuition fee sibling discounts are available to siblings from the same family who enroll at our school: 3rd Sibling 25%, 4th Sibling 25%, 5th Sibling 50%. The discount is calculated on the youngest sibling's actual tuition fee per term and is not applicable for registration, admission, or re-enrollment fees.

Tuition Fee Payment Structure
Tuition fee payments must be made in advance, either:
- Per year
- Per term
For payments being made per term, the payment should be paid one month before the start of the term and no later than the first day of the term.

Please include the student’s name and grade when making the wire transfer so we can identify the payment. And please ensure all service fee charges are included so the correct amount will be transferred. Thank you.
Failure to pay tuition fees or other required fees may result in a loss of the student’s place in the school, withholding of their school reports, references and/or examination results, as well as suspension or expulsion from school.
The application fee, registration deposit and re-registration deposit remain non-refundable, while tuition fee refunds follow the Ministry of Education (MOE) Bylaws for Private Education.
Leaving before the academic year has begun: full refund of tuition fee payments made
Leaving after having attended
1 day to 2 weeks: 1 month’s tuition fee payments will be kept by the school
2 weeks to 1 month: 2 month’s tuition fee payments will be kept by the school
1 month or more: full term’s tuition fee payments are kept by the school
All students withdrawing from the school must submit notification of their withdrawal in writing to the registrar’s office. A 30 day notification period is required.
If a student joins the school in the middle of a term/semester, the tuition fee applicable will be prorated, based on the number of months (including current month) remaining and unexpired in the term/semester.
